Are you in control?

When you were growing up, what were your life goals?

Did you pursue them?

Have you accomplished them?

All these questions contribute to whether or not you feel in control of your life at present and your attitude makes all the difference in whether or not you are in the driver's seat.

What can you do to feel in control:

  • Focus on what you can control. If one aspect of your life is out of your control, find something else that you can. 
  • Be clear on what you want to accomplish in your life.
  • Make a list and complete the tasks you have set yourself.
  • Be positive. 

You may not be able to control your circumstances but you can control the way you react to them.
