Vitamin D

Ok...

...we hear you laugh as you wonder how on earth we can get Vitamin D in Glasgow, Scotland!

Well believe it or not we have had 3 days of sun so far this year and keeping everything crossed for a couple more.

Sun is a great way to get our daily dose of Vitamin D - in moderation - but there are plenty of other ways for us to get Vitamin D.

Here are a few:

  • Fish - such a salmon, mackerel, trout and tuna.
  • Milk 
  • Some types of orange juice
  • Egg yolks
  • Cod liver oil

Remember to always stay safe in the sun and enjoy it in moderation!
