The first step is to train your mind in order to get your mind in the game. 

Your brain can be both a very powerful tool, whilst at the same time your thoughts can cause your mind to wander and you end up straying from your focus. 

To make sure you are always ready:

  • Take time to think
  •  Meditate
  • Drink lots of water
  • Exercise first thing in the morning
  • Turn up your favourite music
  • Take a cold shower
  • Have breakfast

These top tips will help to ensure your brain is ready for the day ahead and for whatever may challenge it.
